1. RelevantPay is available for the registered RelevantPay who are a part of RelevantPay.

2. The RelevantPay are requested not to share their RelevantPay Username (RID) and password with anyone. The RelevantPay is solely responsible for any/all activities that occur on the portal from his User ID.

3. Please note that you do not need to pay any extra cash to anyone, including our staff, for using the RelevantPay. In case you come across any such requests/demands, please report immediately to RelevantPay customer care: 033-40012610

4. RelevantPay has the sole discretion to introduce/replace/remove some or all of the existing services available on the RelevantPay Portal with any prior notice.

5. The User has no rights nor the access to upload or share information on the portal. For any complaints/concerns, RelevantPay are requested to write us at: support@relevantpay.com

RelevantPay values the trust and confidence you place in us. This notice describes the privacy policy of RelevantPay. By visiting and transacting at relevantpay.com, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

We agree to not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties unless we have legally taken your permission to do so. At times, we may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think is relevant to you or you may find interesting. RelevantPay agrees not to reveal the information provided by the RelevantPay to any person unless such action is necessary to the extent required by law and for regulatory purposes.

At any point, if you find any information that we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Refund Policy

If amount has been debited from customer account and transaction was not completed, RelevantPay will arrange refund but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

RelevantPay offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is because of the multiplicity of product & service partners involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays.
