Since 2012 our team is working towards replicable, sustainable & scalable distribution business model by setting up small brick & mortar banking outlets in urban/semi-urban & rural India. We currently have more than 1000 outlets which are equipped with a laptop, biometric device, MPOS, as well as internet & can process financial transactions on behalf of the customer. These outlets are also equipped to sell any other financial / non-financial products ranging from bank prepaid card, mobile recharge to a booking of online rail tickets. Relevant can also support digital transactions (under Digital India movement) through MPOS, Aadhar Pay, UPI, BHIM, microinsurance sales & premium collections, NPS registrations & top up, Aadhar registration as well as servicing points & to certain extent E-Commerce.
